纳米晶KTiOPO_4的制备与表征 被引量:2

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF NANOCRYSTALLINE KTiOPO_4 POWDERS

摘要 以醋酸钾、钛酸四丁酯和磷酸三丁酯为原料,用溶胶凝胶法合成了KTiOPO4(KTP)纳米晶粉末.非晶态凝胶在600℃以上于空气中直接晶化成KTP纳米晶。用TEM、XRD观察和研究纳米晶的形貌及微结构,KTP晶粒平均尺寸分布为25~70nm. KTiOPO4 nanocrystalline powder was successfully Synthesized by sol-gel method from potassium acetate CH3COOK, titanium tebutyl Ti(OC4H9)4, and tyibutyl phosphate (OC4H9)3PO.KTP nanocrystallites appeared above 600℃ in air. Nanocrystalline size distributes between 25 urn and 70nm.
