摘要
研究了热电材料PbTe在高温(700~900K)、氧分压为0.01~100kPa时的氧化行为发现氧化物均为Pb—D—O的三元化合物且随温度及氧分压的变化有规律地分布在高温低氧分压条件下,试样质量减少,生成Pb3TeO5或者Pb5TeO7;而在低温高氧分压条件下,试样质量增加,生成PbTeO3或者PbTeO3/Pb2TeO4.
Oxidation behavior of lead telluride (PbTe) was systematically investigated at oxygen partial pressures of 0.01 to 100 kpa in the temperature range between 700 and 900 K. Mass loss was observed at moderately low oxygen partial pressures and at high temperatures, while mass gain was observed at high Oxygen paFtial pressures and at low temperatures. Certain Ph-Te-O ternary oxides formed at all conditions. Ph3TeO5 or Ph5TeO7 formed on the sudece of PbTe for the conditions at which mass loss was observed, while PbTeO3 layer or Pb2TeO4/ PbTeO3 multi-layer formed for the conditions at which mass gain was observed.
