摘要
综述了目前常用的刀具涂层材料及其性能特点,着重介绍三元复合膜、金刚石膜、cBN膜以及固体润滑膜等新型薄膜材料的性能特点以及它们在刀具表面的应用情况。
Coating materials for cutting tools and their properties are analysized in detail in this paper. The properties and application of new coatings such as multi-component coalings,diamond coatings,cubic BN coatings and solid lubicant coatings are also introduced.
