摘要
研究了一种实用新技术,可以使ST为1.92%,C有为1.24%的黑灰铝土矿直接用于拜耳法生产。该技术的关键是在拜耳法溶出工序掺入自主研发的复合添加剂,利用高压溶出过程,直接完成脱硫脱有机物,脱除率达90%以上。该技术不改变和影响生产流程,显现的各项指标符合氧化铝生产要求,是较适合黑灰铝土矿及其它高硫高有机物型铝土矿特点的优化工艺。
There is a new practical technology which makes black - gray bauxite containing sulphurl. 92 % and TOC 1.24 % directly used in Bayer process. Adchng the composite additive at the digestion step in Bayer process is the most important thing in this technology. Making use of pressure digestion process wipes off the sulphur and TOC directly and the rate of desorption is over 90%. Remaining the manufacturing process unchanged and all indexes meet the requirements of aluminum oxide producing are the advantages of this technology. Above all it is an optimized technology fitting for black - gray bauxite and other bauxite with high sulphur and TOC.
