摘要
镁合金直接化学镀工艺中热处理温度是影响镀层质量的最重要因素之一,本文利用扫描电镜观察镀层的表面形貌确定了最佳镀液温度。将试样在不同的温度下进行热处理,用X射线衍射仪分析不同热处理温度下的晶化程度,从而确定镀层的结晶温度,并用显微硬度仪测量镀层显微硬度。
In magnesium ehemcal plating process, heat treatment temperature is one of the most important factors which directly affect the coating speed and quality. This paper uses scanning electron to observe the surface morphology of coating to search for the best tempterature of plating solution . The samples are heated at different temperatures, then using X - ray diffraction analysis the degree of crystallization in different heat treatment temperatures, then determine the crystallization temperature of coating and use micro hardness instrument to measure the coating micro- hardness.
