摘要
利用真空浸渗法制备了镁合金/珍珠岩复合材料,并利用DTM-Ⅱ-X型动态弹性模量阻尼内耗分析仪在共振条件下测试了其杨氏模量及阻尼内耗值,分析了其阻尼机理。试验结果表明,镁合金/珍珠岩金属基复合材料的阻尼性能要大大优于基体金属的。
In this experiment, a kind of Mg based composites was produced with the vacum-infiltration method . The internal friction Q^- 1of the materials was measrtred with the device DTM - Ⅱ - X under resonance situation and the damping mechamsm of the composites was anaiyzed. The test result indicates that the damping capacities of pearlite reinforced metal matrix composites are better than the metal matrix.
