痛封灵颗粒剂的制备工艺研究

Study on the Preparation Technology of Tongfengling Granule

目的寻找制备痛封灵颗粒剂的最佳制备工艺。方法选用干膏得率、颗粒载药量为指标,应用正交试验对痛封灵颗粒剂的制备工艺进行优选。结果提取3次,每次1 h,加15倍量水;浓缩浸膏至40%水分,加16.0 m l乙醇制粒为最佳工艺条件。结论该工艺为最佳的制备工艺。

Objective To find the best preparation technology of Tongfengling Granule. Methods Yield of powdered extractum and contents of powdered extractum in granule were selected as quality index to optimization the preparation technology of TongfengLing Granule by means of orthogonal experiment. Results The optimum processing conditions were extracting 3 times, and each in 60 minutes, 15 times than the quality of the medical material; concentrated extractum until it consists 40% water, and use 16.0 ml 95% Ethanol as wetting agent. Conclusion The optimum process is suitable for the preparation of Tongfengling Granule.
