摘要
目的探讨结核性胸腔积液的声像图特征。方法回顾性分析204例结核性胸腔积液的声像图表现,对其超声特征进行分析。结果结核性胸腔积液的超声显示:积液内可见"水草"状,"网格"样或"蜂窝"样回声带,并可见致密细小点状回声。结论超声诊断结核性胸腔积液优于X线,并能指导临床治疗、抽水。
Objective To discuss the character of tuberculo-pleural effusion ultrasonic images. Methods 204 cases of tuberculo-pleural effusion were analyzed. Results The tuberculo-pleural effusion ultrasonic images showed that there was light band shaped as ＂float grass＂,＂gridding＂ and ＂beehive＂in the effusion, as well as compact fine spot echo. Conclusion Compared to X-Ray, ultrasonic diagnosis on tuberculo-pleural effusion is a better way and can guide clinical treatment of eliciting effusion.
