烟草商业企业省级物流网络规划模型研究

Research on logistics network programming model in provincial tobacco commercial enterprises

为适应烟草行业发展趋势,统筹规划全省的烟草物流工作,以期更快更全面地提升全省烟草物流运行水平,节约物流资源,降低物流成本。结合多目标优化理论,建立烟草商业企业省级物流网络规划模型。针对烟草行业的特点对通用选址模型进行简化,修订目标函数,进而对全省交通物流网络进行统筹规划,使整个网络在成本和时间这两个因素上达到最优。研究结果表明在打破行政区划的情况下对交通物流网络进行规划是完全可行的。

Tobacco logistics network model based on multi-objective optimization theory was established and analyzed. Niversal location model was simplified and target function was revised to plan and design transportation and logistics network from provincial perspective. Attention was made to tobacco industry characteristics with a purpose to improve cost effectiveness. Re- sults showed that it was feasible to break down administrative division in planning the whole province＇ s logistics network to structure the provincial logistics network programming model.
