摘要
结合烟草行业多元化投资的特点,利用熵值法来进行烟草多元化投资项目评价,改变用主动判断来确定评价指标权数的习惯性做法,提出了多元化项目投资评价模型,得到较为合理和公正的多元化资产质量排序,为多元化投资管理提供技术支撑。
Entropy method was used to evaluate diversified investment projects in tobacco industry with special reference to its unique characteristics. Customary practices in determining weight of each evaluating indicator was changed by subjective assessment. An appraisal model on investment of diversified projects was established. Reasonable and fair order of diversified asset quality was obtained, which can provide technical support for managing diversified investment.
