摘要 针对模具企业交货期和品质管理方面的发展瓶颈,建立了模具项目4Ps开发与管理体系,研究和总结在体系各个阶段为实现模具项目目标的手段和方法、闸门评审的重要意义,分析和归纳4Ps体系的支撑条件,阐述了6 Sigma等现代品质管理工具在模具开发中的重要作用。该体系在多家模具企业得到了实践,能有效克服模具开发过程中遇到的问题。 A 4Ps (proof of concept, product development, production, product retirement) system for the development and management of mould programs was established in order to solve the bottleneck problem of mould enterprises in due date and quality management. Researches and summary were made on the means and methods in every stage of the system for achieving the mould project target, and on the significance of gate review. The supporting conditions for the 4Ps system were analyzed and summarized; and the important role of modem quality management tool like 6 Sigma in development of moulds was described.
