摘要
根据转子转位、磁轭、定子无搭边叠铆冲压工艺,对模具无搭边冲裁时的冲片转角形状进行改进,实现无搭边冲裁叠铆的要求,节约了原材料,对转子转位、磁轭、定子叠铆上模结构、下模结构进行优化组合,设计出合理的多工位级进模,降低了模具生产成本,并对关键工位定子叠铆进行了分析。生产实践证明:模具结构合理,生产可靠,满足企业生产要求。
The angle shape of punching rotor and stator plates in the no-lapping blanking by a progressive die was improved and a no-lapping laminating and riveting process was achieved based on analysis on the stamping technique of the progressive die parts for forming rotors, yoke and stators. The multi-position progressive die was developed through optimization integration of transposition structure, laminating and riveting structure and upper and lower die structure. Then an investigation was carried out on the key laminating and riveting position for manufacturing process stators.
