摘要
针对生物质全降解餐盒成型模具在加热过程中模具温度不均问题,应用UG建立成型模具有限元热分析模型,采用ANSYS对成型模具的温度场分布进行分析。在热分析基础上,以成型模具工作面温度差最小为目标,通过改变加热板结构对成型模具进行优化,为成型模具的结构设计提供理论基础。
A finite element thermal analysis model for moulds was established using UG in order to solve the uneven temperature problem during the heating process of a mould for a fully biodegradable dishware. The tool temperature profile was studied via ANSIS and based on it, an improvement on the structure of heating plate was carried out and the mould was optimized for achieving a minimum temperature difference on the mould working surface.
