摘要
分析镁合金壳体的结构特点,介绍压铸模浇注系统设计,使用Pro/E软件完成铸件三维实体造型和优化的压铸模结构设计。经实际生产检验:模具在使用中操作方便、安全,工作稳定可靠,铸件质量达到要求。
A die casting die for a magnesium alloy shell body was developed based on analysis of the structure technology characteristics of the product. Presentation was focused on the design of pouring system, Pro/E-based 313 solid modeling of the casting piece and optimized structure design of the die. The die proved stably and reliably.
