摘要
采用MSC/Superform软件对氧枪喷头底座挤压凸模的工作过程进行数值模拟,通过模拟得到凸模在挤压过程中温度场和应力场的变化规律,从模具的受热和受力2个方面探索凸模失效的主要原因,提出改进措施,延长模具的使用寿命。
The working procedure of an extrusion punch for the pedestal of an oxygen lance nozzle was simulated by MSC/superform software. The variation law of temperature field and stress field of the punch during the operation process was obtained, in which the main failure cause of the punch due to the heating and stress was studied. A corresponding improvement measure was proposed and therefore the mould service life was extended.
