The youth work, especially the work of the special teenager groups is of great significance to the construction of a harmonious society. Based on the operating conditions and the existing problems of the workers of Fuzhou teenagers affairs, the paper discusses the development and perfection of social work in Fuzhou youth affairs, attempts to establish a social worker team to prevent and reduce teenager crimes, for the purpose of regional stability and development, as well as the construction of a socialist harmonious society.
