Discussion about the Integrity in Moral Construction of College Teachers

高校教师廉洁从教不仅对教育、教学质量产生重要影响,也会影响到整个社会的和谐与稳定。在分析高校教师廉洁从教现状、成因的基础上提出健全机制、加强学习、健全学术评价体系、整合资源,拓展渠道等四个主要方面加强廉洁从教教育,从而有效促进高校师德师风的建设。

Not only the clean and honest instruction of college teachers has an important impact on the quality of teaching but also affects the whole social harmony and stability. According to the analysis of status quo and cause of college teachers in the field of the clean and honest instruction, this article suggests that it is necessary to strengthen the clean and honest instruction in four main areas： making a sound mechanism to enhance learning, improving the academic evaluation system, integrating resources, expanding channels to promote moral construction of college teachers effectively.
