以超声心动图心肌工作指数评价高血压患者心功能浅谈

摘要 目的探讨根据超声心动图心肌工作指数（MPI）估测高血压患者心功能的可行性。方法将128例高血压患者作为研究对象，其中50例为高血压不伴左心室扩大的患者，78例为高血压伴左心室有不同程度扩大的患者。同时选择60例正常成人作为对照。根据左心室流入道及流出道血流频谱计算MPI，并将高血压患者的MPI与正常成人相对比。结果正常成人的MPI为0．32±0．12，与正常成人相比，高血压伴左心室扩大患者的MPI明显增高（0．55±0．14，P〈0．05），两者比较有显著性差异。结论高血压伴左心室不同程度扩大的患者心功能较正常成人差。
