干旱胁迫过程中外源钙对华南忍冬光合生理的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过添加不同浓度外源Ca2+和人工控制水分模拟干旱来研究外源Ca2+对华南忍冬在干旱胁迫处理下的化学调控机制,并探讨外源Ca2+对干旱胁迫处理下华南忍冬叶片中叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、过氧化氢酶活性以及日光合速率的影响,以期望为岩溶干旱农业的高效生产提供理论依据.结果表明,干旱胁迫下,华南忍冬的正常生理代谢明显受到抑制;当施入钙离子后,华南忍冬遭受的胁迫得到不同程度的缓解,从而有效防护干旱胁迫所致的氧化损伤,维持较高的叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量以及CAT活性,进而维持植物较正常的生理活动何细胞膜结构. In southwestern China,rock desertification occurs at karst area under the impact of anthropogenic activities. In order to harness the rock desertification,our government carried out many rehabilitation projects and called on the local people to plant Lonicera japonica Thunb. Then,the various calcium ion concentrations were used to estimate the effect of exogenous calcium on the photosynthetic characteristics of Lonicera japonica Thunb,which can provide the important issue to the local people. During the drought stress and the rewatering process,Lonicera japonica Thunb can increase the content of proline,soluble sugar and chlorophyll and improve the activity of peroxide enzyme. With the soil losing water,the modulation of Lonicera japonica Thunb decreases. However,when soil pre-treatment with the suitable Ca2+ concentration (about 15mmol/L) during drought stress could increase peroxide enzyme activity and soluble sugar content,alleviate cell membrane leakage and chlorophyll decomposition.
