针对图书馆非购入文献的特点及非购入文献的特殊意义,指出了非购入文献收集中的难点、问题,提出了加强非购入文献工作的对策和开发新的来源渠道的方法。

Aiming at the features of non-purchasing documents in the library, and the distinctive meaning of non-purchasing documents, we hereby indicate the difficulties and problems in the non-purchasing documents collection, and put forward the countermeasures to intensify the non-purchasing document works and exploit new sources.
