摘要
铸造件在变形矫正中会产生很大的寄存残余应力,当该铸造件进行切削加工时,由于切削加工的作用会使构件内部残余应力重新分布,最终决定了构件的几何形状。因此,如何更好的预测、控制切削加工的残余应力,通过该残余应力与铸件寄存的残余应力的叠加,保证铸件切削加工后精确的几何形状是当前切削加工研究的关键问题。本文基于有限元仿真技术,针对于大型构件,从研究高速切削加工残余应力的特性入手,分析了残余应力的产生特性,并进一步揭示了残余应力对构件变形的影响,得出了仿真模型,对于预防铸造件加工变形,优化切削加工参数有很好的指导意义。
The castings parts in corrected deformation have a significant storage residual stress, when machining the residual stresses and cutting residual stresses will determine the geometry. So how to predict and control the cutting residual stresses distribution in casting parts, and with the Superposition of storage residual stresses to influence the geometry is the key point in machining. In this paper for big structural parts based on the finite element technology we research the cutting residual stresses, give the relationship between residual stress and deformation. The model has a good guide for prevention the deformation and optimization the machining parameter.
