一种四点角接触转盘轴承滚珠直径计算方法

摘要 游隙对转盘轴承的承载能力、回转灵敏性、寿命、振动特性等具有重要的影响,目前通行控制游隙的方法是在装配时选配合适尺寸的滚珠,通过多次装拆、选配直至测量轴向游隙达到要求,工作量大、效率低、精度差。文章提出一种基于光栅的四点角接触转盘轴承径向游隙测量方法,并根据此径向游隙和滚珠与滚道接触的几何学关系推导出一定游隙下滚珠直径的预测公式。该方法特别对于游隙控制精度要求较高的风电转盘轴承的装配具有重要意义。 Clearance of the slewing bearing has important effect on the carrying capability, rotation sensitivity, service life, vibration property and so on. Choosing the right-size ball is the common method of clearance control. Assembly and disassembly are not stopped until the axial clearance meets requirement. This method is in- efficient due to the heavy workload, and the assembly has poor accuracy. A new method is proposed. The radial clearance of a four-point-contact slewing bearing between standard ball and raceways at outer ring and inner race is measured using the raster, then the formula of caculating the diameter of the ball is derived based on the geometrical relation between ball and raceway. This method particularly has a great significance on the assembly of the slewing bearing for wind turbine which needs a highly accurate clearance control.
