摘要
基于有功功率传感器和ADC采集卡进行了数控机床有功功率测试系统的设计,并对数控机床在空载和负载运行条件下进行了有功功率测试。根据变频调速数控机床工步间空载运行过程转速和时间已知并且转速可变频调节三大特点,提出了一种数控机床空载运行期间,通过动态调节机床空载运行转速,使得能量消耗最低的调速节能方法。
This paper designs active power test system based on active power sensor and ADC collection board and operates active power testing on the condition of no-load and load. According to three conditions of NC machine tool which are known speed, known time and variable speed in idle running process, a energy saving method is presented which is realized by adjusting the main driver speed of NC machine tool in the idle running process.
