摘要
文章以倒置式车削中心主传动系统和伺服进给系统电机选择为例,重点介绍伺服主轴电机和伺服进给电机的选择方法和选择原则。通过计算负载切削功率、转矩和惯量的方法找到负载特性和驱动电机参数的合理匹配,为机床数控化改造和新设计机床电机选型提供合理的依据。
This paper discuss the selection criterion and method of Servo motor through the motor spindle and servo feed motor selection in reverse turning machine.Calculating the power of cutting,torque and moment of inertia to discover the reasonable matching ratio between the characteristic of loads and the parameter of drive motor.Providing rational basis of the new machine tool motor selection and numeric control reform.
