二至丸的现代研究及在老年性黄斑变性中的应用

The Modern Research of Erzhiwan and Application on the Age-related Macular Degeneration

目的:总结近年来的研究进展,为二至丸治疗老年性黄斑变性(AMD)提供借鉴和依据。方法:查阅二至丸及AMD的大量文献报道,总结分析。结果:二至丸中女贞子、墨旱莲具有抗衰老、调节免疫力、降糖降脂、抗凝、抗炎抑菌等作用。在临床上常作为基础方治疗多种疾病。结论:二至丸加味治疗AMD既有充足的理论依据,又有良好的临床疗效验证,在临床上值得推广。

Objective：To Summarize the modern studies of Erzhiwan and provide evidence about the application of Erzhiwan on AMD.Methods：The identification was carried by going through plenty of literature about Erzhiwan and AMD and the analysis of these studies.Results：Being a basic prescription Erzhiwan has wide clinical applications.Ligustrum lucidum aiton and eclipta alba have the pharmacological effects of antiaging,accommodating immunity,reducing blood sugar and lipid,anticoagulation,anti-inflammation and anti-bacteria.Conclusion：We have used Erzhiwan as a basic prescription to treat AMD.It has adequate theoretical basis and good therapeutic effects.Erzhiwan should be popularized in clinic.
