淋证治法探究

Theoretical Research on Treatment Methods of Stranguria with Traditional Chinese Medicine

王国斌教授认为:淋证与西医复杂性泌尿系感染关系密切;病因,乃湿热之邪阻滞下焦,迁延不愈,致虚致瘀所致;治则:早期清热利湿,利尿通淋,兼以驱邪;中期利尿通淋,三焦分治;后期及迁延不愈期滋阴清热,祛瘀通淋,兼以扶正固本;调理重点在于通调水道,临床疗效显著。

The purpose of this research was to probed the therapeutic principles and treatment of Stranguria.the complexity of Stranguria and urinary tract infections are closely related.Etiology and Pathogenesis：damp-heat downward mining in the lower energizer,and then persistent and incurable.Principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment was probed：early stages was clearing away heat evil and promoting diuresis and removing pathogentic factors;middle stage was recuperating water circulation and conditioning the triple energizers;advance stage or persistent stage was nourish Yin and clear away heat,Strengthening vital qi and consolidating the constitution and stasis-eliminating.Conclusion：clearing away heat evil and promoting diuresis were the basic principles for treating the disease and facilitate the clinical treatment.
