百草霜中金属元素的ICP-MS分析

ICP-MS Analysis of Metal Elements of Bai-Cao-Shuang

目的:对百草霜中的金属元素进行分析。方法:采用ICP-MS法进行半定量分析。结果:分析了百草霜中70中金属元素,其中Fe的含量最高,其次为其次为K(22.95)、Al(12.93)、Mg(6.74%)、Na(4.12%)、Pb(0.64%)、Mn(0.59%)和Ti(0.37%)。结论:ICP-MS方法简便、速度快,同时可作多种元素分析,适合于富含金属元素的药材分析。

Objective：To analyze the metal elements of Bai-Cao-Shuang.Methods：ICP-MS was applied for the analysis.Results：70 types of metal elements in Bai-Cao-Shuang were analyzed,indicating Fe is the highest element in Bai-Cao-Shuang,and K（22.95）、Al（12.93）、Mg（6.74%）、Na（4.12%）、Pb（0.64%）、Mn（0.59%）和Ti（0.37%）are also the chief components.Conclusion：ICP-MS methods is simply and fast,especially can determine multi-types metals simultaneously and it is suitable for the metal analysis in Chinese medicine rich in metal elements.
