摘要
采用流变仪、DSC、TGA等方法研究了9518树脂的流变性能、玻璃化转变温度和热分解温度,流变试验结果表明温度从30℃升到150℃时粘度下降,120℃变化到150℃时凝胶时间缩短。DSC曲线表明在174℃环氧树脂与氰酸酯发生交联反应,玻璃化转变温度为228℃。TGA曲线表明9518树脂的起始分解温度为260℃,EW220/9518和SW220/9518复合材料的力学性能良好,150℃下EW220/9518复合材料的力学性能保持率>86%。
The thermal decomposition temperature, glass transition temperature and rheologieal properties of 9518 resin were studied with TGA, DSC and rheology in this paper. The rheological results show that the viscosity of 9518 resin is decreased from 30 ℃ to 145℃ and gel time was shorten as temperature increased from 120 ℃ to 150 ℃.The DSC curve shows that glass transition temperature is 228 ℃ and cross-link reaction between epoxy resin and cyanate resin is started at 174℃. The TGA curve shows that thermal decomposition temperature of 9518 resin is 260℃ EW220/9518 and SW220/9518 composites have high mechanical properties at room temperature. Compared the mechanical properties of EW220/9518 composites, its retentivity is more than 86% at 150 ℃.
