影响卧式螺带混合机轴向侧壁残留的因素研究 被引量:2

摘要 文中探讨不卸料连续混合与分批卸料混合两种卸料方式、不同粒度载体以及载体中添加水和油后对卧式螺带混合机轴向物料残留量的影响。研究表明:不卸料连续混合与分批卸料混合两种方式对玉米粉在混合机轴向侧壁残留最大粉体面积比率、累计粉体面积比率的影响无显著差异(P〉0.05)。混合机侧壁粉体动态的黏附与离解的过程中使20~40目、40~60目、60~80目、80~100目的玉米粉分别在适合自己粒子大小的残留范围里,保持了动态的平衡。添加水或植物油会减少卧式螺带混合机轴向侧壁的玉米粉残留,且添加等量水的效果会好于植物油。
