地质钻机一次性钻头送锚施工工法

CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF ANCHOR LOCATING BY GEOLOGICAL DRILLING RIG ONE-OFF DRILL

基坑边坡支护工程中多采用地质钻机进行锚杆施工,但施工过程中经常发生塌孔,需多次成孔,浪费人力物力。一次性钻头送锚工艺是在普通钻头上进行改进,可一次将锚索送入预定深度,加快了施工进度,降低了成本,已在广州中岱国际品牌广场工程中应用,效果良好。

Geologic drilling rig is usually used for anchor bar construction in foundation pit side slope supporting project. But the hole often collapses during construction, repeated hole drilling will he required and labor force and material may be wasted. The technology locating anchor by one-off drill realizes improvement of ordinary drill and can locate the anchor into the specified depth. In this case, construction schedule can be quickened and cost can be saved. This technology has been used in Guangzhou Zhongdai International Brand Plaza project and favorable effect has been realized.
