摘要
烟台阳光100城市广场基坑底深16.02m,核心筒底深达21.57m,场地砾砂层赋存潜水,且离海仅300m。对此制定了切实可行的综合降排水方案,克服了支管安装困难、排水阶段多、水位变幅大等不利因素,在有效控制地下水的同时,也避免了对周围建筑物的影响。
Foundation pit of Yantai Sunshine 100 Plaza project is 16.02m deep and its core cylinder bottom is 21.57 m deep. Gravel stratum of the site contains abundant groundwater and it is only 300 m far from groundwater is effectively controlled and influences on ambient buildings are avoided .
