摘要 通过某建筑工程改造项目,说明体外预应力加固工程的设计思路、应考虑的因素和构造措施,改造工程中体外预应力产生的等效荷载弯矩图与增加荷载产生的弯矩图方向相反,平衡效应在70%以上,加固效果直观明显。在节点设计上,张拉端和转向块合二为一,使端节点轻巧实用,节省了空间,且操作方便。体外预应力钢筋采取外挂钢丝网后用水泥砂浆封闭,保护层厚度45mm,耐火等级达到二级。 Through a case of reconstruction project, this article explains the factors that should be considered in external prestressing reinforcement project, the designing mentalities and construction measures. The equivalent bending-moment diagram loaded by external prestressing and the applied load are in opposite direction, the balancing effect is above 70%, and the reinforcement effect is intuitively and obviously. In the node design, the tension side and steering blocks combined, making the terminal nodes light and practical, saves space, and the operation is also very convenient. After adopting by the external steel mesh, we use cement mortar seal to protect external prestressing steel, protector thickness is 45 mm, and the fireproof rank achieves second-level.
