桩底压浆施工

摘要 桩底压浆即在桩内预埋压浆管,在灌注桩砼达到一定强度后,将水泥浆压入桩底,使其对桩底沉渣、桩端持力层及桩周泥皮起到渗透、劈裂、填充、压密和固结作用,以此提高单桩承载力,减少工后沉降。沪宁高速公路先导段的施工显示,桩底压浆工艺对提高桩基承载力有一定的作用,是降低桩基工后沉降的有效手段。 Mud jacking at bottom of pile is a technique namely embedding mudjack pipe into piles, then pressing cement mud into bottom of pile after some degree of strength of bored pile cement is achieved, which will take effect of filtering, cleavage, filling, compression and concretion on settled material at bottom of pile, supporting course of pile end and mud coat at pile circumference, thus the bearing capacity of signal pile is heightened, the post-construction settlement is redueed. The construction of Hu-Ning Expressway forerunner section reveals that the technique of mud jacking at bottom of pile has a certain effect on advancing the bearing capacity of pile foundation, which is an effective measure for reducing pile foundation's post-construction settlement.
