预制预应力混凝土箱梁的冬季施工

Prefabricated Prestrssed Concrete Box Girder Construction in Winter

京承高速公路(三期)工程被列为交通部6条勘察设计典型示范工程之一,且为山区高速公路,对施工质量有较高的要求,计划于2009年9月底完工。为按期、按要求地完成任务,特对预制预应力混凝土箱梁安排了冬季施工。施工时,通过在原材料拌和、运输、养护等各环节采取相应的控制措施,使施工质量和进度均达到了既定目标。

The third phase of Beijing-Chengde Expressway Project is rated as one of six survey and design representative demonstration project. It is a mountain expressway, so the construction quality demand is higher. It was planned to be finished in September, 2009. In order to accomplish the task on time and as required, the prefabricated prestrssed concrete box girders are constructed in winter. By adopting corresponding control measures in the procedures of material＇s mixing, transport, maintenance and other taches in construction, the goals of construction quality and rate of progress are achieved.
