摘要
目的观察新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)的声压以及在婴儿保温箱周围应用吸音板对降低声压的作用。方法在婴儿保温箱的3个侧面和顶面分别覆盖吸音板前后,用声压计测量NICU内和婴儿保温箱内的声压。结果应用吸音板前NICU内声压、婴儿保温箱内声压、婴儿保温箱内温度报警声压和监护仪报警声压分别为(58.67±4.29)、(54.26±3.76)、(76.39±6.46)和(66.73±4.52)dB,应用吸音板后声压分别为(47.96±5.42)、(43.62±3.58)、(63.43±5.82)和(52.81±3.64)dB;应用吸音板后声压低于应用前,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论吸音板可以降低NICU和婴儿保温箱内的噪音。
Objective To observe effect of using sound absorbing panel to decrease sound pressure in neonatal intensive care unit(NICU) and in the incubator. Methods Before and after applying sound absorbing panel to the three lateral walls and ceiling of the incubator,the sound pressures were measured by a sound level meter. Results Before using sound absorbing panel ,the sound pressure levels in NICU and incubator were (58.67 ± 4.29) and (54.26 ± 3.76) dB,the sound pressure levels of temperature and monitor alarm inside the incubator were (76.39 ± 6.46) and (66.73 ± 4.52 ) dB. After using sound absorbing panel, the sound pressure levels were (47.96 ± 5.42 ), (43.62 ± 3.58 ), ( 63.43 ± 5.82 ), ( 52.81 ± 3.64 ) dB respectively, The the sound pressure levels were lower obviously after using sound absorbing panel than thoes before using sound absorbing panel (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Sound absorbing panel can depress the noise levels of NICU and infant incubator.
