摘要 目的探讨视觉传导路标本颅顶及颅底的制作方法,为解剖实验教学提供直观形象的标本,并为研究视觉传导路的构架及机制提供形态学支撑。方法经福尔马林固定的头颅6个,用常规解剖工具和特殊工具,分别从颅顶及颅底显示视觉传导路。结果该制作方法能从2个方面立体展示视觉传导路的组成及各部分结构,同时显示其重要的毗邻结构。结论颅底及颅顶显示法均可较好显示视觉传导路及其毗邻结构,有助于视觉传导路及相关疾病的研究。 Objective To investigate the methods of making the visual pathway specimens from calvaria and skull base and provide intuitionistic experimental specimens for anatomy teaching and morphological support for the study of the structure and mechanism of the visual pathway. Methods Six heads were selected whieh were embalmed by formalin. The visual pathway from the top and the base of skull were showed with conventional and special autopsy tools. Results The composition of the visual pathway and the structures of internal parts were tridimensional displayed in two aspect with the methods, meanwhile, the important adjacent structures were showed. Conclusion The methods which were used to show phototransduetion pathway from calvaria and skull base may be better displayed the visual pathway and its adjacent structures, and it can make for the research of the visual pathway and related diseases.
