导乐陪伴联合分娩球对产科质量的影响

Effect of Doula combined with childbirth ball on the quality of childbirth

目的探讨导乐陪伴联合分娩球对产科质量的影响。方法采用导乐陪伴联合分娩球分娩的正常足月单胎初产妇88例作为观察组,随机选择同期正常足月单胎初产妇100例作为对照组,比较2组自然分娩率、剖宫产率、总产程时间、产后出血量及新生儿窒息率。结果与对照组比较,观察组自然分娩总产程时间明显缩短(P<0.05),宫口扩张速度快于对照组(P<0.05),产后2 h出血量明显减少(P<0.05),自然分娩率显著提高(P<0.05),剖宫产率和产钳助产率明显降低(P<0.05),2组间新生儿窒息率差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论导乐陪伴联合分娩球的使用可缩短产程,提高自然分娩率,降低剖宫产率和产后出血量,提高产时质量。

Objective To explore the effect of Doula combined with the childbirth ball on the quality of childbirth. Methods Doula combine with the childbirth ball was taken for 88 fall-term singleton pregnancies as observation group, and 100 full-term singleton pregnancies were selected as control group. And then the natural birth rate, caesarean birth rate, total stage of labor time, the bleeding volumes after birth and the asphyxia rate of the newborn were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the total labor time in observation group was significantly shorter（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;The speed of cervix dilatation was faster（P 〈 0.05 ） ; Bleeding volumes after 2 hours postpartum were lower（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Natural birth rate was significantly higher（P 〈0.05 ） ;The cesarean section rate and the rate of forceps delivery were significantly lower（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The rates of neonatal asphyxia between the two groups had no statistic difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combining Doula and childbirth ball can shorten the time of the birth process, raise the natural birth rate, reduce the caesarean birth rate and postpartum bleeding and enhance the quality of childbirth.
