乳化炸药抗静压性能的实验方法研究 被引量:4

摘要 水下装药受到的总压力是静水表面的大气压和静水压力之和,利用此原理设计的2套实验装置分别用来测试炸药在受压状态时的爆速和猛度;研究乳化炸药的抗静压性能,可为水下爆破施工、露天深孔爆破和乳化炸药的研制提供理论依据。经过一系列的试验最终确定用耐压为1.0 MPa,规格为63.3 mm的PVC管组成的系统测试受压状态炸药的爆速;用耐压为1.0 MPa,规格为75.3.6 mm的PVC管组成的系统测试受压状态炸药的猛度。实践表明,该方法是一种行之有效的实验方法。 The total pressure on underwater charge is consist of water surface atmospheric pressure and the hydrostatic pressure. Two experimental equipments devised according to this principle were used to measure detonation velocity and brisance of emulsion explosives respectively on hydrostatic pressure ; the study on compression resistance of emulsion explosives can provide a theoretical basis for underwater explosion and deep hole basting and development of emulsion explosives. Through a series of experiments,one system was used to measure detonation velocity, which is mainly composed of Ф 63 · 3 mm PVC pipe and compression resistance of 1.0 MPa; the other one was used to measure brisance, which is mainly composed of Ф 75 · 3.6 mm PVC pipe and compression resistance of 1.0 MPa. The results show that this method is an effective experimental method.
