非煤企业粉尘控制措施现状调查研究

Investigation on current situation of dust control measures in 5 non-coal enterprises

采用典型抽样的方法选取5个非煤企业,对5个非煤企业的508例粉尘作业人员进行流行病学问卷调查,对20例工程技术人员及粉尘监测人员进行个人深入访谈。粉尘作业人员对粉尘危害预防的了解情况的正答率为84.62%,其中听过企业讲授粉尘危害及预防知识的比例为79.35%,知道工作环境中有人检测粉尘浓度的比例为77.42%。结论是非煤企业对生产性粉尘危害及预防知识的宣传力度不够;个人防护用品使用率低;粉尘作业人员对粉尘危害及基本防尘措施有一定程度的认识,但对国家相关法规认识程度较低;粉尘浓度监测可能存在漏洞。

5 non-coal enterprises were selected with typical sampling method. 508 dust operating persons in 5 noncoal enterprises were investigated with questionnaire, select 20 persons include dust prevention workers and dust monitor workers were investigated with personal in-depth interviews. The informed rate of dust hazard prevention of dust operating worker is 84. 62%, the ratio of workers who have listened to lectures about dust hazards and preven- tion knowledge is 79.35%, 54. 55% of the workers believe that dust-proof facilities of working environment are well-fimctioning, 77. 42% of the dust-exposed staff know that the work environment was detected in dust concentra- tion. The conclusion was that dust hazard and dust prevention knowledge were lack of publicity in non-coal indus- try. The utilization rate of personal protective equipment was low. Although non-coal workers had a certain degree of understanding of dust hazard and basic dust prevention measures, they had less awareness of relevant laws and regulations. And the supervision for the dust density might have some bugs.
