摘要
在工业灌装称重或包装秤领域,一些过程称重数据要求实时存储,后台监控。而这些应用场合往往是在带有危险性的防爆场所,为此开发出一种基于ZigBee技术的无线网络称重系统。本文介绍了本无线灌装称重系统的原理、构成。并阐述了ZigBee技术的原理、特点及工业应用的技术优势。并提供了应用案例。实践证明,该系统具有安装简单,无需布管穿线,安全可靠,数据传输迅速准确、运行稳定等优点。
In the industrial filling scales and packaging scales areas, some weighing process data real-time storage requirements, background monitoring. These applications are often at a risk of explosion-proof places. So we developed a wireless filling weighing system network based on ZigBee technology. Introduced the wireless Idling weighing system＇s principle, constitute. Expounded the principle, features and industrial application superiority of ZigBee technology. And provided the example of applications. Practice has proved that the system is simple to install, safe, reliable, accurate data quickly, the advantages of stable operation.
