摘要
对引进的43个CIMMYT春小麦材料在河西地区进行田间农艺性状鉴定及品质检测的结果表明,有3个材料的千粒重大于50 g,5个材料的面筋指数接近100,26个材料的W值大于300.00 EJ,其中1个材料的W值达到578.00 EJ,大多数CIMMYT材料株高适中、穗型紧凑、千粒重大、硬度高、籽粒饱满、品质优良,可作为河西地区春小麦种质资源改良和抗病育种的亲本材料加以利用。
Forty-three spring wheat varieties provided by CIMMYT were planted in Hexi Corridor for the study of their traits performance in this area in contrast to Ganchun 20 and Yongliang 15. Their agronomic traits were recorded in fields and their qualities were examined in the lab after harvest. The examination showed that the 1000-seed weight of three varieties were over 50 grams, the gluten index of five ones was nearly 100, and the W value of 26 ones was over 300.00 EJ. The results indicated that part of varieties from CIMMYT can be used as germplasm resources modified of spring wheat and parents in wheat breeding in Hexi Corridor.
