胡麻主要数量性状的相关性研究

Correlation Study of Main Quantitative Character of Flax

对18个胡麻品种(系)的8个数量性状进行了相关与通经分析,结果表明,单株粒数、单株结果数、有效分枝数、有效分茎数的相关性达到极显著水平,相关系数分别为0.916 0、0.984 4、0.945 3、0.566 0,株高、工艺长度、千粒重与单株粒重的相关系数分别为0.272 6、0.148 7、-0.281 6。单株粒数、千粒重和单株结果数对单株粒重的直接效应为较大的正效应,通过其它性状的间接效应都很微弱。因此,选育高产优质胡麻新品种,应以提高单株粒数、单株结果数为主,间接选择有效分枝数多、千粒重高的单株。

In this paper, genetic correlation and path coefficient of main quantitative characters in 18 flax cuhivars of crossing parents were studied. The result showed that the positive genetic correlation coefficient among grain number per plant, number of seeded pod per plant, effective branch number, and effective stem number appeared very significant level, the coefficient of correlation were 0.916 0、 0.984 4, 0.945 3, 0.566 0, respectively; and the coefficient of correlation of plant height, technical length, 1000-seed weight, and grain weight per plant were 0.272 6, 0.148 7, -0.281 6, respectively. There were positive effect among grain number per plant, 1000-seed weight, number of seeded pod per plant to grain number per plant, but indirect contribution of other characters were weak. Therefore, grain number per plant and number of seeded pod per plant have been improved by new variety breeding, and the plant have higher effective branch number and kernel weight were chosen for indirect selection.
