由于图书馆功能演变和读者需求,图书馆设置了研修室与讨论室。文章通过高校图书馆研修室与讨论室的基本情况和管理特征与不同点的现状分析,探讨在管理手段、读者类型、预约方式、人员素质等方面的管理问题与对策。

Because of the development of libraries＇ function and the demand of readers, many academic libraries set up the study rooms and group study rooms. The paper looks into the management of study rooms and group study rooms in some academic libraries, which are the totally management situation and the same and different points. Therefore, it confers the problem and the countermeasure of management tools, the reader type, appointment and the quality of the staff.
