摘要
为研究微小型离心压气机在不同叶尖间隙下的性能变化,对某高速跨声离心压气机进行了带间隙的三维黏性流场数值模拟,详细分析了在不同的间隙情况下压气机内部流场特征和性能变化趋势.结果表明,随着叶尖间隙增大,叶轮流道内泄漏流动的强度明显增强,导致叶轮的增压能力下降,效率降低,以至于压气机整级压比、效率和流量都有所下降,压气机的稳定裕度也受到了明显的影响.
In order to research the effects of different clearance widths of small centrifugal compressor, a high speed centrifugal compressor was investigated by numerical simula tion. The results show that, the leakage flow is strengthened with the increase of gap width, leading to decrease of impeller' pressurization capacity and efficiency. Thereafter, the stage pressure ratio, efficiency and flow rate decrease correspondingly, and the stable margin of compressor is affected significantly.
