摘要
为了监测风扇及压气机的特性漂移,提出了一种气体流量估算方法.这种方法通过联立求解内、外涵出口静压平衡关系、尾喷口流量关系及焓增流量关系4个流量平衡方程,对气体流量进行估算.同时,通过计算确定传感器偏差标志参数,可区分隔离传感器误差对流量估算的影响.仿真了不同状态下部件特性及传感器误差分别漂移2%的情况,结果表明,这种方法可以监测到风扇、压气机的特性漂移,并将其与传感器误差漂移有效区分.
A method about air flow estimation for fan and compressor characteristic drift monitoring in turbofan engine was presented in this paper. Air flow was estimated by solving four flow balance equations, including balance equation with exit pressure of internal bypass and external bypass, relationship of nozzle flow, relationship of enthalpy increase flow. By calculating and determining the symbol parameter of sensor error, the influences of sensor error on flow estimation can be separated. Two percent of drift either in sensor error or in components characteristic was simulated. It indicates that this method can observe the fan and compressor characteristic drift and separate it from sensor error drift.
