摘要
报道了以水为溶剂,硼酸为催化剂,室温下通过三组分Strecker反应合成α-氨基腈类化合物的方法,考察了不同溶剂及催化剂对反应的影响。与经典的Streaker反应相比,它具有产率高、反应时间短和环境友好等优点。目标化合物的结构经1HNMR、IR确证。
A method for the three-component Strecker reaction with water as solvent, boric acid as catalyst at room temperature is reported. The effects of different solvents and catalyst on the reaction were studied. Compared to the classical Streaker reaction conditions, the present method has the advantages of good yields, short reaction time and environmentally friendly. The structures of the products were characterized by ^1H NMR and IR spectra.
