High frequency Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators

摘要 本文讨论通过低次泛音振荡—倍频方法实现的高频温度补偿晶体振荡器,分析解决了高频温补振荡器设计中的若干个关键性问题。文中以128.466MHz为例,给出了温补晶振的实验结果。 Abstract The high frequency temperature compensated crystal oscillators realised by using the frequency multiplier process of low overtone oscillation are introduced in this paper.The keypoints of design are discussed.As an example,the experimental results of the 128 466 MHz TCXO are presented.
