摘要
为能客观反映无缝道岔实际受力情况,通过坐标定位的方法建立无缝道岔的精确有限元模型,并在此基础上建立组合无缝道岔的有限元整体分析模型;应用有限元软件ANSYS的APDL参数化建模技术,对车站中存在的不同夹直线长度无缝渡线道岔进行分析,并通过与单开道岔的对比,得出无缝渡线道岔的受力和变形规律。
In order to reflect the real forces of the seamless turnout, it was built the accurate finite element model location by coordinates, and on this basis, built the whole finite element simulation model of two seamless turnouts combinations; Using APDL, the parameterized modeling technology of finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze seamless crossover turnouts in railway station of discrepancy intermediate straight line. It was concluded the law for the force and deformation changing by contrasting with the simple turnout.
