电子政府服务质量评估:文献综述 被引量:7

摘要 在文献分析的基础上,提出了电子政府服务质量评估概念;综述了关于电子政府服务质量评估研究所经历的电子政府顾客满意指数研究和电子政府服务质量评估研究两个阶段的成果,总结了现有研究在宏观和微观两个层面存在的问题,并提出未来电子政务服务质量评估研究的重点。
