摘要
介绍了模拟异质金属点焊熔核形成过程的三维电－热有限差分模型，提出了点焊过程导电一传热之间耦合作用的数值模拟分析方法，在微机开发环境上编制了计算程序，并对数字温度文件进行了伪着色图象处理，该模型提供了一种有效的点焊过程理论分的手段。
A three-dimensional finite difference electric thermo models for resistant spot welding of dissimiar metals process was introduced. A compute simulation analytical method of the electrical and thermal factors was presented. Calculation and treatment image progroms were developed in micro-computer. The mode provided an useful theoretical tool for the analysis of resistant spot welding procese.
